Regarded to be one of the top 20 clans of Runescape, WG satisfies the needs of its clan members in a way other clans cannot. Browse the site, and see for yourself why WG is your type of clan.



What makes WG so special? Why you and not another clan?



Fair question. There must be over 500 clans in Runescape as a guess. Many fall, many get back up, most are small, but some are very large. We admit, we're not the strongest there is, but hey, since when did strength mean EVERYTHING?



So, why US?! Why not join a different clan you have heard of?

The anti-RPKing

Definitely the trait we're famous for. So what is it? Its PKing. PKing ONLY those who can defend themselves. WG has a strong conviction to live with honour, and that means fighting those who are prepared to fight, and leaving those who weren't seeking battle, like rune miners. Apart from that, we PK like the other top 20 clans.

In addition, we have also held agility arena sessions, races and scavenger hunts, writing competitions, Seasonal parties, Kill the President and Mage/Archer wars.

The list continues to grow, with members giving more and more ideas for events.



The Democracy

The leaders of this clan don't rush to decision, but rather, accept opinions from the clan, make decisions based on evidence, have a clear set of rules with few loopholes, and treat people with equality. Leaders are elected in, and every few months the clan members provide feedback in the fom of a census. WG is one of the most democratic clans in RS.



The Atmosphere

This is one we love to brag about. The members of this clan do their absolute best to make you feel at home. We are the ONLY top 20 clan to have a mentorship system, where EVERY new member is assigned, not one, not two, but THREE mentors in their timezone, to answer any questions they have about the clan, and make them feel welcome. Not to mention, if two members have a problem getting along, the leaders make it their business to try and foster reconciliation.



The Stability

The clan has been running for almost three years now, and is 200 members large! With strong leadership from His Lordship and his trusting council, and experienced senior members, the clan stands strong through all things, thick and thin. Not once, has the clan come close to falling, as so many clans these days do. His Lordship is acclaimed by the community as one of the most dedicated clan leaders of present times.



The Allies

Three great allies. The Synergy, once enemies with us, now a strong ally. The Sabres, oldest clan in Runescape with the richest history, still going strong. FEAR, top 20 clan whom we actively share events with.



The Respect

WG is a respected clan in the clan world. People know that we fight defending innocence, with honour, and have respect for all players. Often people congratulate us on not only the events we hold for the public, but the way we are always courteous and fight with dignity. Being in WG means giving and receiving respect.



The Action

The clan has six weekly wilderness events, and almost as many non-wilderness events. Members are online all the time, and an event could happen on the spur of the moment. Its never boring to be in WG. We also war on a regular basis, but are also careful to take extended breaks from wars to recover and focus on that which matters: the clan members



The Skills

With skills requirements, we are also a SKILLS clan, working hard to show that there is more to Runescape than the wilderness. We have able smithers, crafters, fletchers and herbalists ready to supply you with whatever you need at discounted prices, and offer you advice on how to best advance your stats.
