I have it, and love it. I'm a level 40 Redguard Assassin, as you can see in this screenshot:

Completed all four guilds, and now I'm starting on the main storyline. As you can see below, I'm wearing full glass armour, along with a daedric mace.

And here's a few random screenshots I took because I thought the surroundings looked good. I love playing on full detail.

Your best bet to get an elven helm is to go round killing bandits at wilderness camps.

I dont know how you guys can even think about 2 rpgs. When do you sleep??

A little bit here, a little bit there.

Nope, it's offline, and you only have to pay once (when you buy the game).

It recommends 1Gb of RAM, but the minimum specs are:
2Ghz Processer
512Mb RAM
128Mb Graphics Card

Ho Ho Ho.
Quite demanding specs...
I assume you still get a fair bit of jitteryness every now and again though.
Has it got no online rpg aspect at all?? Like not even network battle mode?

It's the fourth part of the Elder Scrolls series, I'm pretty sure they didn't have any online aspects.

Yeah, the specs are demanding...the full recommended specs are 3Ghz processor, 1Gb RAM and a 256Mb graphics card. But it's worth it, the graphics are stunning (still screenshots don't show it off, I might try and make a short video for you to take a look at).
I get the odd bit of jitteryness, yeah, but normally only when it's loading the outside areas (there aren't any loading screens outside). But I normally get around 30-40 fps in standard situations.
Unfortunetely there isn't an online mode at all - it's pure singleplayer.
But it's pretty much unlimited replayability...you can go where you like, do what you want and kill who you want. Or if you're feeling boring, you can just follow the main storyline from the start.

Ahhh I see. Yeah I think one of my friends was gibbering that hes got it for his X box.
Never played any of the elders scrolls they look quite good as a series. Do you get to carry characters over or is it all stand alone?

As Josh said, each game is completely seperate. Although the world and background information is still the same, each game has its own main plot that isn't related to the previous game.
Anyway, I got a short video that you might want to watch - it's just me running through a forest, finding an oblivion gate and attacking a monster, but it shows off the graphics quite well.
Sorry for using Rapidshare, but it's the only host I could think of that wouldn't degrade the quality:
