Ok, I was looking through tons of signatures by other people and i saw like this shiny stuff. Ill show you what I mean. I mena it looks really cool and i was wanting to know how to do it.

There can be a bunch of ways to get light like that, but I see that Gaussian blur set to lighten is used in both of those signatures.
Do you have Photoshop?

Make a sig any normal way. Make a new layer. On the new layer, do Image -> Apply Image. Then, Filter -> Blur -> Gaussian Blur -> 3px. Then set the blending mode to lighten or screen or something. Thats what I used those two sigs, but there are many other ways to achieve a similar result.
