The only thing I don't really like is the line across the person. There is a distinct line where you can see bright to dark. Other than that I like it.

Lacks effects, negative space, and The AC logo sticks out waaaayyyy to much. And the pen tool lines are totally off.

cinematic work pretty bad here, so does the overdone lens flare :\
coloring needs work but the composition is interesting

Anyway I don't like the displacement effect to the guy on his left side or the white or the render quality or the bg or the lens flare, the text and border are nice but work on the actual effects/
