Me I've all wayz been an Runescape fan I start playing in 2004 thats 4 whole years. Runescape tho it lacks the top of the line graphix it is probailly one of the best mmorg games I've ever played besides Guild Wars hehe..... any way Runescape is shorta changing not exactlly for the better either, in some ways. These trading system limits are extremly annoying and the fact that you cant go around knocking people heads back in the wild any more is kinda disappointing. On the flip, the new system and rulez makes it immpossible to take advantage of other players witch is good. I thought on it for a while and i relized that these new rules and the way they go about conducting the game isn't as seemless as it seems. WE BROUGHT THIS ON OUR SELVES!! Runescape used to be littered with smart mouth little kids and cheaters and the new Runescape took care of that, But I know tons,and tons of people who quit becuase they took free for all pking away.....

It's sad that Jagex had to go to such extreme measures to stop the nonsense going on with in the game. I still love Runescape and it's a great game and I still can play It and have lots of fun but not as much fun as i used to becuase some people can't act right. Witch leads to the whole reason of this entry. Should we suffer becuase some dont want to play the game correctly? Of course, don't mistake this as a protest or any thing Janex has made it clear that there not changing anything,but it doesn't mean we can't speak of it.

This if you've thought on it at all, this could be an good lesson,play the game correctly, be on your best behavoir, be nice, help out, dont cheat! You mess up the game when you try to gain an advantage over others with out hard work. The same people who would break these rules on an daily basis are crying about the new Runescape now keep in mind that you did this! OR maybe im just putting to much of my head into this maybe it's just an simple update not exactly for fixing the wroungs in Runescape it could just be a somthing that fixed things along the way I don't know tell me what you think

I think posting this a few months ago probably would have been better suited than now. Lets face it, people got used to the new changes fairly quick. You still hear about complaining about the big hit to the wildy and duel arena, but lets face it, everyone that has been a loyal player isn't really complaining and they learn to deal with this sort of change and they in time accept it.

So we have sort of brought this upon ourselves in a way, but jagex has said something about taking ideas from constructive criticism and turn it so that we can keep out real world trading people, but still have the full advantages of pking/staking/etc...

Anyway, to be honest, where ever there's a game, there is going to be cheaters and abusers. Jagex did what they thought was the best thing to do and I guess people just need to deal with it :/

But really, as Chuck said, this is a little too late, probably was best posted a couple months ago. I am sure people have gotten used to it by know are in the process of it atleast.

I know one reason why cheaters and scammers exist in runescape, and I can describe it using only one word: GREED.

You read right, Greed. It's a common thing nowadays, but it's something that not many consider cool. Pursuit is okay, but as long as it's honest pursuit and there's no cheating, scamming, hacking, or being stupid.

It's so sad that there are scammers who scam low leveled players, thinking they're some kind of money fountain.

So if your really loyal to the game you shouldn't complain about them taking away half the game, despite you being a paying costumer? No, the real loyal players showed concern for the degrading of a game they have played and maybe even payed for, for years. Jagex screwed up the game because they couldn't stand anyone else making money off their game (which is understandable), but they took it too far. Eliminating virtually all pvp, just to shut down some sites that a)90% of people didn't use anyways, and b)found out how to get around it within days.
