If you're advertisting a clan, please try to have a link to the forums, not just the name and stats of the clan. If you don't have a forum, I suggest you go here to make one:

http://www.invisionfree.com/

It's very easy to use, it's similar to what RuneCrypt uses, and is easily customizable. To customize it with premade skins and etc, check out this place:

http://www.ifskinzone.net/

There's a WHOLE bunch of stuff there you can use wink.gif Good luck with your clan!

Although the following rules may sound like common sense, we all know that common sense isn't so common. So, before posting on this board, please read the following rules:

1. Do not double post, spam, or bump topics.
2. No flaming toward other users or their clans.
3. Do not post multiple threads regarding the same subject/issue.
4. Crop your screenshots!

The consequence of breaking one of these rules will be determined onhand by the moderator or adminstrator handling the issue.

If you require your thread to be cleaned or require personal assistance with a different matter, please message a moderator to take care of it.

I have noticed a certain lack in clan recruitment posts lately, some of you might have awesome clans but the state of your recruitment posts are really letting down your recruitment effort.

Here are a few tips when making a recruitment post:

1.Remember to go through your post and check your spelling.

2.Check your grammar and punctuation.

3.structure your post with an introduction main and conclusion.

4.Some pictures might help but these are easily traced so make sure they are actually from your clan or you will get flamed.

5.Don’t bump your topic and don’t double and triple post.

6.Colour code your posts to highlight important bits.

7.Link to your clan site as much as possible on your post and put your clan banner up the top.

Hopefully if you listened to this you might structure your posts better and turn out with a better recruitment advantage over people who don’t read and follow this short guide. If you have read this guide and choose not to follow it, well you can thank me for wasting 2 minutes of your life.

I grow tired of seeing one clan having a kabillion topics in these forums, and in each one they have about 5 bumps.

This is your last warning to all that post here. If your recruitment topic isn't alive, get one of your members to post in it, DO NOT post a new one or post "bump".

Anyone that we catch doing so, will result in a warning and a possible ban.

Got it? Alright. Good luck with all of your clans, and hope you guys recruit lots of members. H.gif

Just don't mass recruit. heh.gif
