I'm not sure if i have one, But theres a great site for Science Fair Projects..

Grow salt crystals, really easy,

Get a glass, water (add to glass with table salt) leave in a warm dry place, without touching and you should get some funky crystals forming

I did one where we tested to see if white flowers changed colors if the water they were in was changed. For example, a white flower put in water with blue dye had its petals become blue.

Umm, isn't there an interesting liquid/solid formed when you mix corn starch with vinegar? Or was it with water? Oh well, it's fun to do.
