i just got a cluescroll from a guard in varrok and it reads:

beckon in the digsite, near the eastern winch. Bow before you talk to me. equip a green gnome hat snakeskin boots and an iron pickaxe.

i looked in the clue help here on runecrypt and it wasn't there, can anyone help me??

Do exactly what it says by the eastern winch in the digsite the winch is kinda like a big pole sticking out of the ground.

yea i figured most of the clues out, but every one i got seems like it's new, even the coordinates where different if i can remember it...

It is an emote clue, which was released by Jagex a few moths ago. Just do what it says WHILE wearing those items. First beckon, Uri should appear, then bow and talk to him.
