Please tell me where to find the blue gnome boots and unblessed silver sickle if they can be traded that would be much appriated pleeeease help i need this super bad thanks.

You can get the gnome boots from the shop in the Grand Tree, which is in Gnome Stronghold. The shop is on the 2nd floor, go east then north. You can make a silver sickle with level 18 crafting, a silver bar and a sickle mould which can be bought in the Al Kharid craft shop. Both items can be traded, but it's probably easier to get them yourself.
