On many other forums I they have topics where you can post pictures of your desktop each month, so I figured why doesn't 'The Crypt' jump on the bandwagon? Anyway things can be discussed here such as wallpapers, widgets, themes, and other modifying programs too.

I'm holding off on doing too much with mine until I get my new laptop either this month or next because my current one is old and I don't want to take up too much of it's power dealing with uneeded extras. I did a lot of the stuff to it over the past two days.

I don't really like Kapsules, not very powerful, but Samurize set up instructions by users suck. Hot day today, isn't it?

WinCustomise theme is Vista.

I got everything I use on my desktop, or short cuts to what I need which isn't there.

Random movies placed which arn't in the correct folders yet!

One Anti-virus means they don't confuse each other.

Shortcut is to my Guild Wars Screenshot folder, usually in a place which takes ages to get to.

Background is a Guild Wars Screenshot, Brother Mhenlo running across the Jade Sea, in the cutscene after completing the "Borleas Seabed" mission, on the Factions Campaign. (I play on lowest detail without a proper graphics card)(Named the Jade Sea because it used to be water until a curse turned it into Jade )

The bottom right-hand corner is not part of Kapsules, part of Windows. I don't remember how I managed to get it set up, can't help out sorry (Blocked out personal information.)

The installation of Samurize failed twice for me so then I downloaded Kapsules and it worked fine. Then I finally got Samurize to work, but the config that someone used which was awesome had a broken link so then I figured since I just spent 30 minutes playing around with Kapsules I'd stick with it.

You can visit the Kapsules website and download the software and use the widgets or browse around winCustomize and find some other ones that you may like.

I think I may have missunderstood you the first time. Do you mean the time and date in the bottom right hand corner of my desktop? If so that's part of my WindowBlinds theme.

I launch all my programs using hotkeys, and only use the Start Menu on rare occasions.

And yes...I'm a fan of abstract backgrounds.

I just got my new laptop about 1 week and a half ago anyway here is my current set-up.

I'm running AveDesk and Y'z Dock. Using Sysstats I've put in Lucid Weather for my weather widget.

Mine owns all muhahahahaha



My Pc is in classic mode becuase my settings switched it that way to make the computer more fast than it is lol trust me it's vary fast

What are these specs of your 'vary' fast computer?

who else can rule my desktop with majesty?

(i use the 1280 by 768 pixel image, this one is much more forum friendly though)
