Need a partner...
I am in the Phoenix gang and need a Black Arm gang member for the Shield of Arrav quest. I have the 2 certificates for half of the shield and 2 crossbows to hand over to Katrine. I just need someone from Black Arm gang to hand things over or trade certificates with me if they already have them. Everyone I know has already completed the quest or is in Phoenix also. Help if you can. Thanks!

I could also do with a black arm partner for this quest.I have the crossbows I just need someone to go in and get the 2nd shield half for me.......PLEASE and thanks
