Ok, I was looking through tons of signatures by other people and i saw like this shiny stuff. Ill show you what I mean. I mena it looks really cool and i was wanting to know how to do it.

Like in this picture how did he get the stuff to shine or emanate light. not the back ground the shooting star type things.http://m1.freeshare.us/170fs11946.png

There can be a bunch of ways to get light like that, but I see that Gaussian blur set to lighten is used in both of those signatures.

Do you have Photoshop?

Yes I do have photoshop, took a chunk of my wallet. =(

Make a sig any normal way. Make a new layer. On the new layer, do Image -> Apply Image. Then, Filter -> Blur -> Gaussian Blur -> 3px. Then set the blending mode to lighten or screen or something. Thats what I used those two sigs, but there are many other ways to achieve a similar result.
