Now on here, I've only seen .PSD's used in rip cases. On GFX sites however, a .PSD can be used as a tutorial.

I USED CS2 TO MAKE THESE, IF YOU DONT HAVE CS2 OR ABOVE, YOU PROBABLY WONT SEE CERTAIN EFFECTS.

The pack requires winRAR btw.
