i looked online but couldn't find any guides.so if anybody has any links for guides. or what quest's i should do etc. id greatly appreciate them

Int pures are just like all other pures except thy use int armour (for the prayer boost), so you need 20 defence and to have done requritmnet drive quest.

get lets say.... 60 attack, 80+ strength, 20 defence and 43 prayer (go for 52 once you get 70 attack and 90+ str).

get the best armor you can use considering ur level, and thats generaly it.

A good hint: Don't train to 20 def manually. Do Nature Spirit and get some def exp from there (you need to do that quest to get addy gloves)

This site is blessed with the lovely idea of quests in order of exp given in which skill.

Go to the quest section and check which quests that give defence exp also give items you need. Also note that some quests that don't give somthing you might need, might have a requirment for another quest which does give defence exp.
So check out both the quests and the items you need befor going on and training. usually i don't trust people with bold green large 7 text in their sig area, but he's right.

Lol. Well, The only def xp quest you need to do is Nature sprit. I scewed up and got 20 def in f2p. lol.

Most init pures varys on there outfit pking. I Experiment myself, just for the hell of it.. but
The standard is like
Full Init.
Climbing boots.
Addy/Mith Gloves.
Str\Glory Ammy.
Mith defender.
Fire Cape\Any ol' cape.

Dont forget recoil rings asa
but yeah, asa's just about said everything, were both init pures, and weve both stuffed it up some way or another.
and another thing
unless your willling to go for 90+ str, dont become an init pure, to find out why, go pking as a low level init pure, the 1 def pures just tease you and only kill you when your actually begging for death. No lie.

I don't even bother with recoil rings tbh shred. lol. but yea they might help you.

and shreds right. most pures will think your nothing, and you wont be anything untill your atleast high str.
1 def pures will destroy you untill your a decent level to stand up for your self. seriously.

ok well wich is generally better initiate or zerker. cuz i love both but really dont know wich way to go =( oh and btw just so ya guys know. you can get proselyte with out getting any def exp. found that out.

Proselyte is for 30 defencers in which case if you're willing you could throw some infinty for high mage bonuses.

But that's only if you have cash.

99 str
70-80 atk
20 def
52-60 prayer
70-99 range
85-94 mage.

oh well i have a lot of people told me that zerker is the best. so im going zerker.

Lol go zerker then u fail lol.

zerker takes forever, you need like 90 strength. 80 attack and 45 defence. and it helps it you have 94 mage for vengence.

95 for vengeance.
94 for ice barrage.

Also 70 ranged for black dhide would help against magers.
