Well he's not actually running. He's doing something in South Carolina, but it's mainly a publicity stunt.

Yea, he's actually running, but only in the South Carolina primaries. You can tell that it's not serious when he gets a sponsor for his 'Nacho Cheese Doritos Presedential Campaign 2008'
