it says beckon in the digsite, near the eatern winch.
wear a green gnome hat, snakeskin boots, and an iron pickaxe




where is the eatern winch?
and what is a green gnome hat?
is it the green wizard looking hat u buy from the lady in the grand tree thing?

You get the green gnome hat from the lady in the Grand Tree like you said. The east winch is in the digsite, which is said in the clue.

You have to beckon next to the east winch while wearing everything it says to get the next part of the TT.

This clue is pretty self-explanatory. Go to the digsite, which is south-east of Varrock. Follow the winding path north, it's not where the buildings are. I think you have to go to the north-east corner of the digsite. You'll see where the digsite area is like a big grid. There's only a couple winches, so just find the winch furthest east.

It's like a crane. It has a wooden support frame with a rope and a hook hanging from it.

The winch is the thing that looks like a crane like buffi said.
When you see something that looks like that right-click on it and it should say 'Operate winch' or something like that.
