Ok. this is what you do.
You post your favorite picture here or anypicture and then people can rate it. the person or persons who are rating can post there own picture.
RULES
no rating your own picture
post 1 picture at a time. once someone rates it you can post another if you want.
up to 7 pictures per user is allowed.
