I know it isnt a pk video, but its totaly related to pking. It all ended because of this. I've always enjoyed runescape wildy, it was the thing that made runescape unique! now its gone. along with over 100.000 members.

It was great as long it lasted on 10 december jagex made a devistaging choice..It took away our wilderness.

Pking in the old wilderness was the main thing i did in runescape, and where i trained for. Now they took it, i'm not sure if i would continue. I'd just wanna say that playing this game was a unique experience as long as it lasted

Some history
-First Jagex takes away Pest controll which worked fine for evryone! Now today olmost evryone still uses the first boat
-Than jagex makes his first mistake, they change duel arena. For the real life item traders.. 3k cap limit
-Now Jagex took away PK, the wilderness where no rules should applie..Now it says you cant take monk robes?
-In the further they want to make sure you cant trade unbalanced trades! Example: you cant trade 10k for 14k! for real life item traders Jagex is turning to a communism

Fact is, no one forced you to pay a cent (im a living proff of that). you payed for a service, and the service is diffrent you can:

I completely understand why it pisses people off, all this stuff also pisses off merchants/duelers/rare buyers and the whatnots...I'm just saying (and so is fisher) just stop crying over it. There are plenty other games out there, this one can't be your entire life.

It takes less than 2 months for people to calm down, and then nobody will even remember how Runescape was before the updates.

i never pked much but i liked the idea of a no rules place, just for killing. The way wilderness ended also made me bit sad.

I used to pk with my friend in rl and when they took wilderness away I just quit lol. But I didn't really play

much and I never really got addicted to games, but the only reason I played RS was too pk.

You all wanna hear a short little story? Well here's one now:
Once upon a time there was a man named Andrew Gower, He and his brother Paul Gower made a game called RuneScape (<<If you look they made RuneScape *hint*). They added many features but a very well known one was the Wilderness. This caused many people to break the rules such as No Multiple Logging in (Such as drop trading.) They just let that pass. Then as the game became more popular a new set of players came into action. They're called autoers/bots. They would sell RuneScape gold for real life cash which breaks the rule no real world item trading. JaGeX made many attempts to get rid of them but failed each time. So they had to do something. They made Duel Arena for F2P, they made a "3k limit" in trading and staking. Now based on Quest points. That didn't work, so they went to a "severe" update and deleted the Wilderness. This cause many riots, rants, and much flaming. So now here we are.
Okay if you read that all you'll understand what I'm about to say. JaGeX created RuneScape. If they had made it there would never have been a Wilderness. Be happy you got to enjoy it for a few years. That's all I got to say.

As a P2p i pay for improvments, new quests , new items and stuff.
Not for stuff to be taken AWAY . Many members PAYED for p2p pkers so yes it is abig deal and yes it is a mistake...there really isnt much we can do so ill aggree with both sides

it was a mistake for pvp wildy to be taken outa the game

Ironically, the music is more suited to jagex. "I tried to be perfect, it just wasn't worth it", sounds more like jagex to me.

infact, i HATED pking. I enjoyed the pking being gone, but the revs, i think JaGeX did go a bit to far there, same with the limits. I overall didnt like the update much, but loved the pk update

well.. i doo miss the wild... but we all geta get over it 1 day. besides, if you can beat em... join em. but i dont BH, only cw's for me. i got no time chasing people around thats gona run out can come back in the next 30 seconds wid full hp getting you and that they calling you a noob for doing the same thing.

at least cw's keeps me entertained. only my pures go duel arena.

runescape isn't called runepk for a reason... the game isn't based around pking...

if jagex wanted to keep runescape alive, it had to combat RWT, which not only ruins games, it kills them...

although these measure may make the game slightly less enjoyable they are in place to make it fairer... to stop people breaking the rules, if they didn't react, RWT would have only increased rather than decreasing. Jagex tried to encourage people to boycott the RWT'ers but that didn't work, so they did wat they had to do...
