When I go to see my sent Pm's nothing shows up even though I just sent a Pm.
Do I need to click somewhere else or is it just messed up?

When you send a PM you have to check the both near the bottom saying "Save a copy in my sent items folder"
This will count as a PM towards your 100 PM limit however.
