If I'm not mistaken, this is not in the TT riddle section unless I overlook, so I'm relying on you guys to help me.

I have the mithril chain body, green d'hide chaps, and ruby amulet on me now. The amulet is unenchanted btw.
Also, I'm in the Observatory, but from there, I don't know what to do.

Get into the observatory. With all the stuff on, stand under the telescope and think. The guy will appear, spin, then talk to him. To get to the observatory, I think you talk to the Professor.
