The other topic was very outdated so let's start up a new and fresh one!

Gunz: The Duel is a third person shooter (although they refer to it as a first person shooter). This game is unlike any other shooter game you will play. It's hard to explain so you should just go and try it out yourself.

Many of us played the International version, but switched over to the North American version (hosted by ijji.com) when it was released.

I have been playing Gunz for years and have played naGunz since closed beta. You can register for this version at gunz.ijji.com.

The North American version (referred to as naGunz) comes with a quest mode and premium items, which International version (referred to as iGunz) does not offer. So if you wish to play with more variety and options, and along with more users, come to naGunz.

I play Gunz International, probably switch to NA when I get un-lazy enough.

What is a good way to get bounty on Int.? Just killing people you get like 25 ea. It makes me feel like a Gunz noob. And rightly so.

Second day of playing and I have had more fun than 3 yrs of runescape. I had a screenshot but i erased.

lvl 18 now, got everything I want for up to lvl 21, still 10k bounty left
quest + boss items + hacker( ) = godly XP and bounty

quests is pretty good even if you don't do bosses, normal quest or with a page works pretty good too.
I think you get 1% of your XP in bounty, so if you have 6k xp you get 60 bounty..
6k xp is a little bit over 10 kills depending on your level.. but iam not too sure about that..

switch to NAgunz now, or you will have to start all over again, NAgunz is way better anyway.

Cloud, you can remove ClosetHomo and add -Eternal to that list

Gunz is ok imo, but has far too many FPS/3PS noobs, gets really boring really quickly I find, got to level 12 or so then uninstalled and don't want to re-install to be honest.

I switched, sad to see all that work gone and have to start over, I'll get over it though. My character is Pirion level 5 maybe, I've only been playing NA for a few days



It can get kind of boring, and its hard to kill those 2 FPS guys that lag and then appear in a different spot ten feet away

As it seems... there a new arena... Checked it out and looks very nice.

There's a couple new maps, Stairway is like a set of stairs up in the air, similar to that one stage in dungeon quests but a lot higher and more levels and more complex. Quite a bit of fun, I've dusted off the old sword and been playing a bit lately.

So, well, I thought of playing GunZ The Duel again, and well I saw my Korean friend using K-style in Gunz. I thought that was cool, so I started learning how to do it- although I only know how to butterfly & wall slash jump thing and stuff. But then when I was looking up how to K-style in YouTube, I found there was something called E-style and D-style. Now, I am a fast learner and yeah, I know what you mean even if you say something vaguely. I just wan't to know which is the best one for me- (I use all three kinds of weapons.)

Please don't tell me what they are, I already know them.

Also, it will be helpful if you put a map that works best with the kind of style. Thanks.

What weapons do you use the most? My most common setup is a katana with a shotgun and machine gun or using two shotguns. Depending on which, I'll go full kstyle or hybrid estyle and kstyle.

I wouldn't really recommend dstyle; not because it isn't good but because it's the hardest to use and only really effective if you're good at it. I myself still have a lot of trouble with it.

As for maps.. I usually only play A&D in the mansion but kstyle is good in most maps and estyle is good in maps where you can keep your distance from others; especially kstylers.

Just go kstyle and spray a bit here and there if you feel like it.

(I haven't played gunz in a looong time; perhaps I should start again.)

I finally got around to trying out different styles and have to say, D-style is my favorite... Partially for the style itself and partially because of the fact that so many people get so annoyed by people using daggers, particularly when they use thme well Nice thing im realizing about it is that its very easy to stop all the hackers on Dungeon map with a dagger. I think Dungeon and Castle are the only two maps I actually play anymore now that the stairs are gone....

Im on now and then, usually just during times when I get elemental enchantments for my dagger. I dont like playing without them anymore... so if you havent used them before and dont feel like filling out surveys to get g coins or paying, dont try the enchantments... They get addictive....

Is there a difference between ijji Gunz and NA Gunz?

ERrrr first of all.

Ijji and Na gunz are the same. Na= North America and where is ijji? I think North america..

I think your trying to say International Gunz (iGunz) and Ijji gunz (Na Gunz)

The only differences i know is that

Na gunz: They put more delay in block, jump, dash etc.

Na Gunz: Has Premium items which you pay for with real money

I just came back to the game like a month ago, there's prison quests now thats where I got the axe in my vid.

I've been playing a bit lately. They've got a new "survival" mode that's pretty cool.

yeah its 4 quick slashes, but not necessarily a QBF, QBF is impossible. And bf hang isn't patched, you just need to learn to let go of block quickly enough.

Best method for me is angle blocking+dbf and phantom slash. With a good angle block you can cancel your opponents next move stunning him for a second giving you a chance to dbf em like hell. And don't forget the possible massives that usually auto-win if you can do it right.

ex: spin massive+RS(for people who just want a quick kill) or spin massive+IS/IG(for the show offs like me )

Best way to beat a tbf-er is with tiger gate, which is just a series of really fast continuous bf's. Fast dashes>fast slashes, Dbf has both so it's the best.


On another note, has anyone ever seen wuya? He's a tbf pro, he can tbf with dash, I saw him enter a training room and he totaly raped everyone.

I can't seem to connect a reverse massive with an slow fall because i get too anxious and mess up (Sometimes i'm able to slow fall after a reverse massive and i go )

Did you mean wuju? i haven't heard of a wuya, but anyways wuju is a jerk he'll talk kill you in bow rules.

wuju and wuya are the same I think, wuya is his male char, and yeah there's a lot of dickheads like that in gunz that could use a gun durring a sword duel or cheat durring insta or leave the room before they die and blame it on lagg
