Tbh, I don't think I would change anything. Maybe make it a bit stricter, but other than that... nothing.

Coming to think of it... I would get rid of the hash emotes. Every time I see one I want to throw the computer out of the window.

Well, I had a change of heart. If I was administrator for one day, I would turn this into a communistic Utopia. Everyone would follow me, and only me. If you step out of line once I shall ban you. Also I will overthrow all the other administrators, and throw them into a flaming pit pit of flaming fire. Then I will make everyone eat your burnt corpses, as well as seasoning them with urine. I would also ban rocof, for that's a horrible idea. And then I would unban him, just for kicks. This would no longer be a Runescape forum, but a worship zone for Trees, the most powerful persona on the intarweb.

Change my name to Weekend, and probably raise everyones post counts to 1337 for the day.

I would make this site all about Pepsi and I would become a Pepsi Nazi. Anyone who objects to me will be thrown into the gas chambers (it won't kill you, just knock you unconscious). I would have close friends as moderators with a cool title, Pepsi Squad. Anyone who disproves of Pepsi as being the ultimate soda will get an automatic whack by the ban-stick. All the "smilies" will be Pepsi related, or at least Pepsi colors. Since I will be the Pepsi Nazi, I will share my views of Pepsi with all the members and psychologically mess with their minds with subliminal messages about Pepsi and they will be brainwashed and I will be controlling them hopefully as my little puppets. Together all of us will then spread our views across the internet until everyone becomes brainwashed. Then after the whole internet is brainwashed with the Pepsi Philosophy of Awesomeness, we will then undergo operation Pepsi X to where we will try and take over the outside world. Everyone in the U.S. will be brainwashed once I fill their tiny, incompetent minds with subliminal messages. I will then become President of the U.S. since everyone is under my control, they will vote for me. I will then spread this across the oceans and try and take over Europe. From Europe, I will take over Asia, and every other parts of the world, except for Australia because that place is too awesome to mess with. But yes, this is the huge effect that will happen when I become administrator...I mean if I could become administrator.
