In a town where everyone has perfect vision, seek some locked drawers in a house that sits opposite a workshop.
Answer - Go to the building opposite of the workshop where you do the Elemental Workshop quest in Seers. Open the drawers and something will appear on in your chat box saying - "The drawers are locked! A note left on the drawers reads; Don't forget to feed the chickens.
Go down to the chickens outside the Ranging Guild and kill one of the chickens and it will drop a key. Use that key on the drawers to get your next clue.
