Wow. That's really amazing, I haven't had a chance to really go over it, but I like it already, will edit post later.
How long have you been faking?

-g in changes is bad
-item id (separate words) are off level
-maybe should've wiped the chatbox?
-jahex chat, change stats, open bank, change name, and all off line
-ban, mute, change name are all bumping into the text box, idk if thats intentional?

thats all i could find, other than a fex pixel problems. I get a lot of it is c+p, but still

Very nicely done, except for alignment. Many words are not inline with the rest of the phrase they are in.

The text is not aligned right in Jagex Control Panel, Item I.D. Accept Changes, Change Name, Open Bank, and Change Stats. But only like a pixel off.

Otherwise, 10/10. First fake I've ever seen of the Jagex Control Panel

The Ws are wierd, and the "changes" in the corner is all JPG-y.

Its cool, in fact its amazing. How do you do that? Also that also looks like a real control panel and it is believable. Well done!
