I was wondering how to Get my Brushes Colored instead of the White brushes like this:

I'm not sure exactly what you are saying, but if you want to brush in a different color, just change the forecolor to another color of your liking?

mainly what spire said, thats what i understood as well.
If you are just looking to recolor your whole work you should try adding gradient maps ( you can find those in the adjustment layers) or you can add empty layers over the brushing layers and color it using regular soft brushes. then set the layer to either lighten if the new color is lighter than the base one and darken if it's the other way around. You can also use Screen and Multiple - Just mess around and see what you like best. good luck
