hmm if we are going to do this it should only be a small quota every 3 months or so, otherwise runecrypt may become overloaded with un-used (but cool looking) smileys :-p.

I believe that this will be the new smiley on the block.
We more or less would have to have a general vote on smiley's every so often. We cant over load our selves on smiley's now.
I think the whole idea of new smilies was nice when one idea came at a time. talking about

I dunno, seems like it could possibly be a good idea. I've made 2 smilies in fact. One I've already posted here before in the graphics section and I recently just made one today and I've been thinking about making some more. :S

I like the idea, but like row said, only a few every couple months. I can kinda draw smilies, but they arent very detailed

No. I've seen a forum that just added all the smilies that they could find, and it was really lame.
