ANIMATED MATRIX CODE by, Beyblade
We will be making this:
IPB Image
May show slowly, on older machines.
1.
Start a new image, whatever size you want with a white background make sure your colours are:

Foreground: Black
Background: White

Filter > Texture > Grain

Settings:
100
100
Vertical

Filter > Artistic > Neon Glow

Settings:
5 or 6

Colour:
Light Green (#00ca43)

Filter > Stylize > Glowing Edges

Settings:

Send to Image Ready. NOTE: CS3 Users like me just open the Animation Window (Window > Animation)

Copy the whole image (Ctrl+A) then paste it on a new layer.
Hide the original layer.
Move the new layer up until it just moves completely off the screen.
Hide the new layer.
Show the original layer.
New Frame.
Move the copied layer down about half way across the original.
Click on the First Frame again.
Click Tween (The 4 circles fading in (or away, however you interpret it))

Settings:

Frames: 5
All the rest remain as they are.

Set all scenes delay to 0.1 Seconds.

Play your animation.
Ctrl + Shift + Alt + S to save. save it as a .gif.
