I am going to start with my signture(no text version):

New Layer

Step 2.

Image > Apply Image

*Default Settings*

Step 3.

Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur

3.3 Pixels

Step 4.

Erase around the render.

Outcome:

-Beyblade

Looked A LOT better without it.

That's barely even a tutorial, I honestly think ANY kind of gfx'er could find that out on their own. That whole Gaussian blur thing is old and isn't that nice.

I'm not saying that's what to use it with you could use it on any human render. That was all I had
