I used to be a member, but my parents are saying that I can't be one anymore. They think if a free version is available that I should be able to play that for free instead of taking their money. I have a passion for woodcutting.. I know it sounds weird, but It is how I make my money and i love it. Mine is 80 right now, and I am striving for 99, and all I can hope is that jagex will make skillcapes available for free players as well. I know the strength and attack cape are in the warriors guild, but most of the other capes for free skills are in an f2p area. I hope jagex gets some sense...

they won't. Skillcapes are P2P only and will always be. Jagex doesn't just give F2P stuff unless there's a reason.

If you're not going to pay for membership, why should you be able to earn membership benefits?

Actually I was suggesting making some skillcapes available. Unlike most member items you can use their effect in f2p... and.. most of my friends in the game told me they'd expect them to make a change about it. Just like they brought in the duel arena. It's not my fault my parents are retards. I just think the free version of the game should be remotely fun.

Maybe they could make skillcapes for f2p, except with no bonuses and no emote, and pay double for the cape. But no, i see no reason why they would add another member benifit such as skillcapes would be added to f2p
