I had a thought whilst chopping down my gazillionth (or so it seemed) maple. Should we not get xp for strength when woodcutting or mining? My character's upper arm strength must be phenomenal by now lol. Seriously though I do think that all the wc and mining our characters do throughout RS should give us strength XP. Any comments?

Interesting idea, but usually a skill gives exp for that one skill, not two.

i think that u shuld get str exp from wc and mining but not a huge ammount.(and slayer technically trains 2 skils, it and what style u r using to kill the monster spire.)

this is realistic however it would never be implemented in the game ;-).

I think it would be interesting, but runescape is a fantasy game, it's not supposed to be realistic. In real life, you'd have a lot of strength, but hey, this is rs lol.

Agility = Strength XP
Running = Strenght XP
Woodcutting = Strenght XP
Mining = Strenght XP
Strenght = Strenght XP
Strenght Emote = Strenght XP

there wont be such thing as a skiller there wont it?... 90% of rs will have str capes then if all those combined, sorry for disagreeing wid you guys but you wouldnt like a autoer with a 99 str and 99 wc standing there making you feel hopeless would it? besides.. just think about how many people will say " str lvls? " happens to me ALOT! even when im just skilling ( minning/fishing ) and im not that high of a cb lvl ( since i've been skilling the past 4-5 mouths )




there is 1 thing that does give you str xp, which is fishing ( fishing with barehands on tuna, sworfish , sharks ) im not a member soo i dont know much how xp it gives but to me we should just keep the str xp stuff like this wa before jagex will lose another $200 grand.

Autoers weren't ever in p2p therefore they wouldn't be any str capes...

huh, you guys know you get str and agil xp for barbarian fishing (tunas, swords and sharks).

maybe some sort of minigame like barbarian training to make you use that in some trees. like a ninja training and you cut trees with your hand

im just saying that if this idea does come true.. then autoers will have em for sure
another thing.. there actually were autoers in p2p ( mostly fishing ) in the old days when sharks were 800gp ea ( im serz, people that desprate for rs gp would actually would do that )

but since the update jagex has made, 97% autos are gone soo it isnt that much of a trouble.
