This topic is for two reasons. One is mentioned above, and the other is sorta linked to it. I want to have runescape events just to meet other people from the clan, and also to kick --- in clan wars!
Opinions guys? sound good?
Full Version: Ofiicial Runecrypt Clan?
this has been suggested countless times... and the answer has always been no...
not a runecrypt clan. but some sort of organisation of regular events would be really good. I hope Asa promotes this as forum leader
IMO good idea, but I do know that it HAS been suggested loads of times, and allways turned down.
Probably not a good idea for several reasons:
1) People could not join other more formal and organized clans
2) Lower level people would probably be discriminated against in wars
3) It would be hard to involve everybody seeing as we have people from just about every timezone.
I bet this has been suggested 9228392843927347282 times, and the answer has been no every single time.

Events team, yes.
Events team, yes.
I think we can leave the final decision up to Asa, as he would be the one leading any sort of formal events team or clan. I think a clan might be a bit unfeasible atm, but I'm open to ideas... what about just weekly events supported by RC where whoever wants to can show up?

I think It wouldn't be a bad idea.
Only a few problems.
-There is always going to be rebels thinking there funny and disobeying and not listening to be funny.
-Not everyone is active enough even for weekly events around here, there is always people droping in and leaving.
-There is always people going to be there just to hang out, when if we are going to be consitered a "clan" if your going, your going to fight for RC, and you know what to do.
-The Levels are so different around here, sure we could use power houses but that would leave the lower level "skillers" or new players of runecrypt out of the picture, which is something we wouldn't want to do, If we'd do anything RuneCrypt incorperated, it would have to invole everyone, which might cost us in the clan world. Like ne one would care
