Some people might like an update like this, but they would like it for the shops and monsters, not the palindromes.
Honestly, who would really notice that "Dr. Awkward" is a palindrome? He's a level 121! People would concentrate on the fight rather than play word games.

And besides, "Stab Bat" spelt backwards is "Tab Bats." You're missing an s.

There's no doubt that Jagex doesn't like word play with places such as Neitiznot (Nay, 'tis not), Jatizso (Ya, 'tis so), Mos'le Harmless, Etceteria, and Miscellania.

Everyone is allowed to make up palindromes. You don't need a special license.
