This is a little 'I want to bug people' thing and not really needed in Support (tongue.gif) but...
When is FallenX coming out as a dl'able client, 'cause opening it in FF is a pain tbh.

I am me and only me
Programming it in something like C++, Python or what have you is very different then coding it in a browser. It's 2 different things...though I could see how it could be done if you make every tool a web page and just open a browser within the program for every tool...

^ that make you happy? Or do you want a real downloadable client? :\
Beyblade
I could code it in VB.net if necessary. Give me a shout if you want me to.
Cmafai
If you mean just like putting FX into a "frame" then its not worth it. It'd act the same as opening it from a bookmark on your desktop. If you actually mean code a full client and plug it into the RC database and have it have all the features of FX - well then I have three things to say:

1) Lol @ you
2) Good luck
3) If you do it I'll have your babies

Benjy
Yes, I want a real, downloadable client sad.gif
Cmafai
Then you'll have to wait a while eh.gif

It'll be worth it, though!

Edit: If you want a bookmark/bookmarklet that will open the client directly, without opening that other page, go to (For firefox):

Bookmarks -> Organize Bookmarks -> Organize -> New Bookmark

And then put this as the location:

Spoiler - test:

CODE
java script:%20(function(){window.open('http://www.runecrypt.com/fallenx/fallenx/loading.php?ref=fallenx.php%27,%27_blank%27,%27toolbar=no,%20location=no,%20directories=no,%20status=no,%20menubar=no,%20scrollbars=no,%20resizable=yes,%20copyhistory=no,%20left=0,%20top=0%27);})();

^ No space between "java script" -- anyways, that works on FF3 I know.. too lazy to check if it works on IE7 or FF2, but it should smile.gif
Benjy
Ooh, great
Will that work for my desktop shortcut?
Beyblade
I might be able to do that, I'll start off basic and frame it, but I'll do my best in actually coding one ohmy.gif

@Cmafai, Dude, I'm a dude aswell tongue.gif

EDIT: Download link: http://www.rune-city.com/Fallen X.exe
Cmafai
Ooh, I actually like that, except is there a way you can make it use the users default browser instead of IE? I mean, right now its throwing JS warnings at me quite often eh.gif

Also, it has a scroll bar on the right side no matter what, even when its not necessary... can that be changed? Its messing up the alignment.

Other than that, yeah, I think people might like this smile.gif

If you send me Fallen X Sourcecode then I can make a full standalone client. heh.gif
(will require .NET Framework 2.0 wallbash.gif )
