Make a miracle vaccination to cure all diseases (thus why I enlarged the Earth)

Throw a meteorite shower show every Friday night to make people stop watching Battlestar Gallactica and Stargate Atlantis, along with all the other okay/cool shows on SciFi.



Finally, try to resolve all worldly conflicts. Details are unobtainable as of right now for various reasons.
