Well I'm shooting for 70 range on I panfish I, but its taking forever. Whats a good monster to train on? Preferably without doing any quests.

Try training on: cows.

Rock Crabs I guess would be ok. The best would be Yaks, but they require several quests :|

Lessers on krandor, oh but Dragon Slayer. Ogres?

I vote Ogres in king lathas training area. Those are usually quick.

hmm if i remember right i used to train at experiments (you dont have to do any quest you just have to start "creature of frenkenstein" <- or how ever you spell it)

but if that doesnt help pm on rs or on runecrypt

two questions:

do you have a cannon?

can you use red chinchompas?

I liked fire giants in the Waterfall dungeon area.

But cannons in the Dagganoth place is good too.

Or mix it in with doing Slayer whereever possible.

I'd do firegiants, as everyone else pretty much said.
Second choice would be Rock crabs.
