Mining guild is once of your best bets. its in east fally sort of south east of the bank. You need 60 mining to get in. Another good place to mine is northwest of cammy, sorta by the dwarf cannon area (thats if you're p2p). There you can load up coal trucks up to like 120 coal and you just have to bring loads from the trucks to cammy bank.

where are the coal trucks? all I see is mine carts and when I use the coal with them nothing intesersting happens

They're north of Ardougne and west of Seers Village.

or you could always go north of edville bank (hobgoblin mine) in the old wildy.
