You say you're banned, from #cryptirc or the entire swiftirc network? If it's the swiftirc network, then you MUST wait until then to even do anything on it.

If you are banned from the entire SwiftIRC network and you are not sure why, then you may be able to email them at admin@swiftirc.net. No guarantee they will respond, but its probably your best chance.
