High-alchemy would probably be best, although nowadays I don't really know what you can high-alch.

Either High alchemy or go to the Mage training arena by the Duel Arena and cast some enchantments with your highest enchantment spell. That can be pretty quick xp.

I'd say Mage Training Arena like Broli said. It's good exp and less boring than alching or teleporting.

I always found Cammy as an easy way to get xp.....if I remember
correctly.....isnt that only laws and airs?

if so then u can mine essences....and then get them made into laws
by other members on a certain world....
