Let me elaborate:
The point of our emotions is to do just that -show emotion and personality in the post itself. That emote is very well done, well thought out, and well executed by its artist - however it does not fit the role of the type of forum emotion we would add.
I'm always willing to look at new emotes and such for use on the forum - however they have to fulfill the purpose of being useful in describing some sort of emotion or action.
When your making a suggestion like this try too think about when and how members will be able to benefit from the addition.
