Ermm... Okay, if you play, talk about it. Umm... Currently, i'm working on:

EV training my Riolu.
Breeding a Sneasel with a Sp. Attack nature. (For contests).
Breeding a Sneasel with a Attack/Speed nature. (For battling).
Both of the above already have Ice Punch as an egg move.
And getting a Numel and Chinchou with good natures.
Oh, and continuing on planting/growing berries plus advancing in Battle Tower.

Also, it's fun to talk about, especially if you have another person who wubbs Pokemon.

Oh, and please, no Action Replay, F.E.A.R., OHKO moves or talk of any other gimmicky/trivial/non-tournament legal talk. Learning is half the battle, and in Pokemon, it's like 99%.

And casual discussion playing is welcome, I just feel like.... Talking about myself and said serious buisness.

Last time I played, it was pokemon gold on gameboy advance.
I had fun with it.

When the card game first game out I was still in elementary school.
I never really got in to the card game so I'd steal the cards when people didn't look.
Then I'd bribe the people to give them something that I wanted for the card.
I played the first Pokemon game for the original Gameboy and it passed time.
But I was never motivated to constantly keep playing all of the new releases.
There is my story.

I started out with Gold and got Crystal or something later. Those were really worth buying, because it also had the first world from yellow red and blue in it. Later I also bought yellow, because I couldn't find red and blue anymore sadly.. Really fun games, but after they introduced another game with 1000000 new pokemon with funny/stupid names, the gimmick really died for everyone. No one really cares anymore.

i think the last time i played it, it was pokemon red or crystal not sure but i had a good time with it.
i didnt battle all that much i mean i did to completed the game but i avoided the battle if i could..i just walked around with my pokemon..

I have Ruby and the one for the Ds, but I haven't played in ages.
Someone gave me blue as a gift (one of my sister's 10 year old friends ) and I think I bought Crystal for the luls.

I'd always just make my pokemon as strong as possible, without training other stats. I think I might try to do that for crystal if I ever play.

There was no storyline for that area though. :/

Nah, but it was still cool IMO.

I like playing leaf green with 1 badge, and using action replay to get an umbreon and a cyndaquil. But using any codes messes with pokeballs and items, as it makes the number of them go from 1 to ?14. Yes, its ?14. So I'm trying to get pokemon before I get alotta items.

I have Gold and then I bought Fire Red just to experience what Red and Blue were like. Amazing games with endless possibilities and pretty good replay value. I still bust out Gold every now and then even about 5 years after I bought it.

There kinda was with the power plant or whatever wasn't there? No team rocket in that part. Remember the switched beneath the radio station in Goldenrod? I spent hours on thos before I got the right combination. And did anyone ever win anything from the weekly trainer ID contest at the radio station?

I liked Pokemon back when there were only 150(?) of them. Now we have flying flower donkey combinations or whatever.

Played some Red on an emulator once... Not my kind of game. Colosseum was a bit entertaining, though.

My favorite is the ruby version. thats the game where im most succesful, and i got a female swampert and i breed it with that brown fish thing to get mudkips. havent played it in a while as i got no ds or advance nymore. xbox is more fun now.

I STILL PLAY MY GAME BOY COLOR CARTRIDGE OF POKEMON RED.

Right now, i'm on Sabrina with a level 62 Pigdgiot, level 54 Blastoise. I only use those 2 because i'm super suave.

I have a folder - which is now on an old harddrive or archive somewhere - which had every single pokemon version in a computer emulator. Naturally, I've played every one up until the Elite 4, some of them 2 or 3 times, including:

Red, Blue, Yellow,
Gold, Silver, Crystal,
Fake Verision - Diamond??
Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald,
Firered, (didnt get leafgreen)
Diamond (which ran too slowly on a Nintendo DS emulator so stopped really early in) (Never got Pearl or Ranger - thats where I gave up).

I might start playing Pearl again
Why? Completely familiarize myself with the game again before Platinum version comes out. (Which I thought would be Amethyst, but I was wrong...but Giratina is ghost type, which is pretty much purple )

I just found some old PC versions of the games which I played. Old.... - were stored on a CD ZOMGZLOR!!!! OLDD!!!!

I got easily hooked onto pokemon when it first came out. I had over 4 blue versions sadly, one after another they kept getting ruined via pancake syrup, falling in a wet sink, or getting crushed. Each game I either picked bulbasaur or squirtle, really did not like charmander so much; you want to know why? You would get owned against the first three gym battles, too much of a hassle in my opinion.
I liked the scenario of catching and forcing wild animals to kill other wild animals so much, I went ahead and bought the yellow version, the silver version, and I stopped playing pokemon after the sapphire version.
Excellent games, but the reason I quit was due to, you guessed it, TOO many pokemon!

as far as i remember, in the red and blue versions there was this stuff in the vulcano islands and if you swam in a certain place you'd find a weird stuff that could increase max level. But i'm not 100% sure, never played red/blue

In the spot where you can catch a missing No., there are other above max level pokeman that you can catch also. You could only level them even further by using rare candies, and they could only be used in gameboy vs gameboy battles when you are linked irl, otherwise they would deLevel back to 100 if they got any EXP. I think that there were a few other pokemans above 100 too, but Im not sure since this was like 10 years ago.
