Today, I couldn't log in, so I thought it was because of when the site went down yesterday. But when I tried to re-create my account, it didn't work. Can someone tell me why?

I'm going to need some more details, what's your account name? Without that I can't even look up anything. Maybe you've got the wrong password or the wrong login? Try recovering your password.

My account name was A_Azures, but when I tried to recover my password, it said that account never existed. I remember my password and login because I saved it in my email.

It does appear that your account doesn't exist, maybe because we had some downtime in the past few days, so we've had some data loss. You should try re-creating your account, and that will probably work out fine wink.gif

If not post here, and I, or another admin can register an account for you.

but then it says I'm not aloud to use the board. I had only been on the forums for one day and barely posted anythiing, so I know it can't be something bad I posted or anything like that.

Hmm. Could I possibly enquire as to the e-mail address you signed up with?

The only account we have registered to your IP address is from back in August '08.

What I can do is check by e-mail address to see if there's an account lost somewhere in the ether and hopefully we'll be able to address your problem from there.

Please try reregistering now, except use "a_azures@runecrypt.com" as your email address. I have set that up temporarily to forward emails to your standard email (furrypawsfanz[at]gmail.com). Hopefully this will resolve the registration problems and we can change your email after the account has been created.
