I accidentally CTRL+SCROLLed yesterday or the day before, and no matter what I try I cant get it back to normal! No matter where I scroll something is always blurry that shouldn't and no, its not my eyes.
Is there a way to reset the zoom on the page or something?

CTRL+Scroll = Zoom out. I have tried that and have tried zooming in too, and I can't get it right.
ctrl + 0 if on FF.
Otherwise View > zoom > reset.
And make sure "Zoom text only" isn't set.
