Requirements:
Land of the goblins
Goblin High Priest Miniquest
Elemental Workshop
Enakhara's Lament
Legacy of Seergaze
Forgettable Tale of A Drunken Dwarf
72 Slayer
70 Agility
70 Strength
Must defeat two level 172 foes
To start: Speak with Ur-Taag
1. Ur-Taag will say that he is very pleased with the tourism and peace between themselves and the dwarves, and Ur-Taag would want to invite the ruler(s) of Keldagrim. (NOTE: you'll proceed with the normal conversation if you don't have all of the requirements).
2. Head to Keldagrim. NOTE: you cannot proceed the quest unless you take the train to Keldagrim. Upon taking the train, you'll see a cutscene of the train crashing. You'll realize that the train tracks was blocked by a skeleton. search the skeleton and you'll realize it's a wyvern skeleton. You'll wonder why there's bones of a cold beast. You'll end up picking the bones up. By all means bury them.
3. Speak with the conductor. He'll say the damage is severe, but he'll ask you to tell the consortium the train would be delayed. Continue through the tunnel, and you'll end up at the station, except there's no train.
4. Speak with whoever you sided with (in my case, would be the Brown Engine Director). Tell the good news first, then the bad news (if you tell the other way around, you'll have to attempt to cover it up). Either way the director will tell you to head back to Dorgesh-Kaan. He will give you a Moving-Over-Distance sphere to Dorgesh-Kaan. You can use the train now, however
5. Once you get to Dorgesh-Kaan, you'll notice an angry mob shown in a cutscene. If you attempt to speak to one of them, you'll simply be given an insult. Head to Ur-Taag, and you'll see another cutscene, back at the train station, where Sigmund will appear once more, having teleported using a Moving-Over-Distance sphere he stole from someone. He will also be even more powerful than ever, as he is seen casting Ice Barrage, killing the entire mob. You will even notice Sigmund has a completely different attire; before it was HAM clothes, now it's an entire black mystic set with an ancient staff. Upon examination, it will say, "Sigmund, once an advisor to the duke, now power mad." He will be quickly be teleothered shortly after killing all of the mob.
6. Where Sigmund had been left should be a fully-charged Camulet. Teleport to Enkhara's Lament with it.
7.You will now notice that there's a meeting of various antagonists from your past: The Red Axe Director, Lazim, Vanstrorm Clause, Sigmund, A Vyrewatch named Erni and another Vyrewatch named Bert. After a somewhat long cutscene, they will all teleport. Search the chalkboard. You realize they're all heading to the place where the bones of Wyverns are to be found.
8. Head into the Asagarnian dungeon. Enter the cave of the Wyverns and dodge the Wyverns until you find an even deeper part of the dungeon. Enter that hole.
9. Once you enter there, you'll find some of the more friendlier bunch from the past: Sergeant Slimetoes, Sergeant Mossyfists, Veliaf Hurtz, Ivan Strorm, and the Drunken Dwarf, who apparently killed most of the antagonists. It should also be noted that the Drunken Dwarf threw a huge boulder at Vanstrorm. Lazim had fled and Sigmund had later appeared and almost killed everyone (except you. Mossyfists and Slimetoes was killed, as they kept fighting). Those who were not killed were teleported to the Burgh De Rott Myreque Base, including you.
10. Prepare a battle against a significantly more powerful Wyvern and another lvl 172. An Elemental Shield is a MUST. Head back to where you found Sigmund. Note: if you kill the Wyvern, but exit before killing Sigmund, you can go back to the battle against Sigmund, so you can take multiple trips.
11. After defeating Sigmund, he will teleport once more with the Ring of Life, and you'll state that this is getting annoying. However, you'll be ambushed by the same ogre shaman from the Forgettable Tale of a Drunken Dwarf quest, and you'll end up forgetting that all of that ever happened, and you'll tell a similar drunk tale, only this time Cave Goblins are there too.
