Only cool kids use pokeman avatars

The original 150 are called the best, but I think that the second set was pretty good. It was the height of the series imo and all of the originality stopped after that.

I didn't even bother buying the Pokeman games after the 2nd Generation. I still play my Crystal GBC to this day.

I see some of the pokemon they have invented now and it looks like a blue dog got run over by a giant alien while next to a nuclear testing facility, they then fell in love due to their traumatic experience together, and the offspring are these new pokemon.

I can't even try pronounce the names. They were so much cooler. I mean, LARVITAR sounds so awesome. Now they just add a few letters to the previous one and thats the new name.

I would have a Pokeman for an avatar, but I wouldn't be able to decide which is my favourite.

At one point in time I could have told you anything about the original 150(151?) pokemon. Honestly though - I thought they kind of devalued the whole thing when they added more.. like how did no one notice (Oh btw there's actually another 200 that have been hiding underground for the past few years..).

I played/watched the whole red/blue/gold games for awhile, after that i lost interest.

Well all the games take place on a different island, and different islands are bound to have a mix of different and similar spiecies. [/nerd]

I've had my pikachu avatar up a few times before. Dunno where I found it.
But on the subject of these new ridiculous pokemon, one called swallow. Its self-explanatory.

Some of the later 4th gen ones look pretty cool. But charizard is always classic.

Im pretty much in the same boat as Matt on this one. I've never really been the one who all of a sudden has just pulled out my GBC in the past year or so and just started playing it

Ive been playin gold on my emulator a few times this last week, though I havnt gotten too far. It makes me just want to go play my ruby version on the emu instead since I already have gold irl

Man I do love me some fire pokemans. Typloshion was the badass of the 2nd gen and Arcanine isnt probably as well known as it shouldve been. He did look pretty damn elite

My faves are to remain Gardevior and Dusknior however. Also Frosslass I'm just a fan of those psychic, ice, dark, steel and ghost types

I never really had a favourite. Usually my favourites were the rarer ones but not legendary, or ones that were uncommonlike Machamp, Golom, etc.

My friend found a shiny slugma in 3rd grade. We all flipped out telling him to catch it without killing it. Then in leaf green, I found a shiny espeon in a TRAINER battle. then while out pool shopping i finally had my own shiny pokemon-Zubat

Zubat from Gold was the only shiny pokemon I ever had...
