What's up with the christmas contest? Of the 5 or so banners put up, only bling and I got member titles, and what about the "special extras?" [/whine]

But I don't really care as much about the rewards as the fact that i received no conformation that I had won, and there was no "congrats to the winners" topic or anything. Bling and I have had our titles for a while now, and it seems that they're past their due.

It seems like the contest wasn't handled very good, and whether or not it was because of inactivity, It definatly could've gone alot better.

I won the contest (well, I was with two other people) and I didn't get one.

But I don't think it's that much of a deal for me. I wouldn't mind one though

EDIT: Well, now that there's custom member titles, it dosen't really matter anymore .

I was wondering what happened to the other three that won... but seems to have never crossed my mind.

I'll find a way to make it up to you guys when shamrock is released. Apologies for the poorly organized contest, there was a combination of lack of activity, forgetfulness, and the fact that no one knew how to change the banners (it's surprisingly/stupidly complicated) so I just popped them in one day and forgot about it until a few weeks later.

yes, but Dave that wouldnt have solved the problem... that would have just required more effort and time, and in my blunt, honest, opinion I think it would have flopped even more than what we ended up doing.
