Every time I want to open a video file in image ready, all I get is white in the preview box, and white on all my layers...I use vitsa, and I've uninstalled CS and installed CS2 but I get the same problem...any help?

Is it a specific video type?

Well it's worked for me before, just one day I got a god damn white box were the video should have been and it's been like that since. Elaborate on the codecs?

i dont even know if you need the codecs for imageready, but you need them to watch differnet filetypes in Windows Media Player.

Nope, now I just got quicktime shit on my computer...

Also it wouldn't be the file size, since one file I tried to open was literally 2 seconds long.

Edit: Got it working, my file size was like too big...and too small. I think it's my computer interacting with the version though, since it never white-boxed even with large files until a few days ago...Lock or delete.

Just make sure everything is up to date because they change time to time.
At least you got them to work.
