Ok i accidently closed the thing on gimp that shows the tools on >>> side, like opacity and layers! now i can't get it back and i can't make my booster pack >:O

EDIT: can anyone also tell me how to use the layer thing? like when i put on the outside and then i need to add another one, it goes ontop instead below the first pic.

I don't use gimp, but on Photoshop all the toolbars etc. are under 'windows' on the top menu.

If people actually bought Adobe products then they wouldn't keep releasing BRAND NEW versions which those few that do buy them have to pay more for. Just look at Microsoft - they release one shoddy product every few years and then milk it until they release the next shoddy thing.

Adobe release a new product every year and charge far more than they ought to so that they can justify making it. It's the archetypal Russian standoff in that the pirates (Yaarghh) say apple charge too much for photoshop and Adobe say they can't afford to drop prices due to piracy. At least not until the next photoshop version comes out at which point suddenly fixed prices hit rock bottom.
