Lol Bling anyone who could possibly use an ip address alone for anything malicious can easily get it anyway.

Besides the 192.*.*.* is a reserved ip address for internal networks only - chances are 99% of people using a router on this site have a 192 ip address.

Anyway - there should be a little red button on the back of your router, just hold that in for about 20-30 seconds, and wait a few minutes. That'll reset everything back to its default setting.
IF you were doing a firmware upgrade on the router which was interrupted or didn't work properly for whatever reason, you may be out of luck. If your routers OS (which is actually a version of linux) is corrupted, there is no easy way to recover it.
