Is it possible to hi-alch noted items (e.g noted maple longs (u)?)

Also, is it worth hi-alching them?

Yes you can high alch noted items. It would be worth it if you wanted to save time.

you get the same amount of money and xp for alching notes as you do the unnoted item, so its definately worth it

Yes, you can alch noted items. This is the most efficient way of alching since you don't have to keep running back to the bank to withdraw more items to alch. Maple Longbows (U) high alch for I think 192gp each. If you string them, then they will probably high alch for around 384gp each.

They alch for far less than the cost of Nature runes. You are better off saving them as junk for future endeavors.
