....I can't figure out how you can get 99 hp at 25 combat level....I've seen him before in castle wars lobby, but didn't have time to take a screenie. Anybody have any ideas of how it was done. It's be a hecka lot of genie lamps my best guess

Only explanation could be pest control.

@cypress: you need to do like 100 hp of damage or w/e to be able to get points.

It requires no life at all.

lamps and rewards to level 25+
then it's ~1500 zeal point to 99.

You can't access Pest Control until you have a Combat level of 40.
And you need to do 50 damage to get a reward. You also get points by repairing gates.

He probably did it with Soul Wars.

Dink_in_vag got the cape untrimmed at 25 combat earlier this year. I guess alot of people really want to waste their time these days because it's already been done.
